How can I add extra catalogs to my account?
To add extra catalogs to your account, follow these steps: 1. First, subscribe to a plan if you haven't already. 2. Go to your Profile. 3. Click on 'Manage Plan'. 4. Click 'Update Plan'. 5. In the plans section, you'll see a plus (+) button where you can select the number of additional catalogs you need. 6. Complete the update process. Once the update is completed, you'll be able to create additional catalogs in your account.
How can I pay for another plan?
You can change plans by clicking on 'Start' within the plan box at the top of this page, remember to select whether you prefer your plan to be monthly or annual. You will be redirected to the payment gateway where you can add a credit or debit card. We accept most Visa and Mastercard cards, you can also use Apple Pay and Google Pay. Once your bank accepts the charge, your account will automatically update and you will be able to enjoy all Pro features. To review your payment methods, simply add your card as a payment method by accessing your Profile, clicking on the user / profile photo icon located in the upper right corner. Once the Profile screen loads, click on the 'Manage Plan' button at the bottom.
Can I receive orders with my catalog/menu?
Yes, you can set up your shopping cart to receive orders directly by mail or WhatsApp from your customers. We make your orders easy so you can communicate directly with your customers without the need to charge you a commission.
What happens to my pages if I change from a higher plan to a lower one?
Your pages will continue to be available, only displaying the maximum number of elements allowed by your current plan. If you had more pages created than those allowed by your current plan, you will not be able to modify them until you have a plan that has a number of pages equal to or greater than the pages you have created.
Why does my payment method fail?
The most common reasons are: the payment method is out of funds or the bank has not accepted the charge. Depending on your bank, we may or may not know the exact reason why a charge has failed. If your payment has failed in the renewal of your monthly or annual fee, we will notify you by email and make a second attempt the next day. We recommend adding more than one payment method to avoid losing the features of your current plan.
Does it work for digital menus/catalogs or websites?
Both. Each creation within Marea Alcalina works as a digital menu, digital catalog, link page, biography page, presentation page, and many more innovative uses.
What happens to my charges when changing Plans?
You will be able to enjoy the benefits and changes instantly, your cut-off date will be the same and in the next monthly payment you will be charged what corresponds to the time you used that plan, plus the renewal of the following month with the difference in costs between the plans. If you switch from Monthly to Annual, the charge will be generated at that moment and a new cut-off date will start.
How can I cancel my plan?
You can cancel your plan any time just by entering your account in the right top corner, then click on Manage Plan. Then you need to click on Cancel Plan and follow the instructions. You will be able to enjoy the benefits of your current plan until the end of the current period.
